100% Taquito
I'm cutting it really close tonight, but I wanted to show you 100% Taquito. When you get a chance, check out their website and read the history of this restaurant. It was a University of Houston school project to recreate the experience of eating on the streets of Mexico City. It actually started in a trailer in a parking lot, and has moved since then to an actual restaurant staying true to it's heritage.

I love tacos, but unfortunately there are little Mexican restaurants in Tokyo. I've never eaten tacos in Mexico, but have eaten delicious one in NYC.
Mexican food is definitely one of my favorites!
