Asahi!

There is a new restaurant in town called Asahi, which is a Japanese Steakhouse. As you can see, they cook the food at your table and you sit with a bunch of people you don't know. It can be so much fun! You get so much food too! You get a mushroom soup to start with, then they bring you the salad. For the meal, you get a choice of steamed or fried rice or fried noodles, as well as veggies...which is what you see our cook preparing here.

At Asahi, they have a sushi side of the restaurant and the hibachi grill side. Although we have never sat on the sushi side, we order some sort of sushi almost everytime. I think we decided that our favorite was the eel.
