Missing Monk...
I carpool to and from work everyday, and we travel the same route. Yesterday we noticed this little statue in the street holding this sign that says, "NEED A HOME JESUS IS HERE." It was the first time we have ever seen anything like that. On our way home today the monk was gone! Has anyone seen the missing monk?

Sad to say, according to our Mayor, we are NOT to assist panhandlers. Hhhhmmm wonder if he'd like to make any exceptions??? :)
It's nice to think that the monk found a home!!! At least that's the positive view you could take... Anyway, I love weird stories like that one!
interesting - too bad someone did not stake out the place and watch - I suspect someone was trying to get rid of it but did not want to throw it away so it made the sign "need a home" - cute post and great story
