Changing Traffic Lights

Just in case you have ever wondered how they change the traffic lights in Houston...here you go!

It is actually a very inconvenient, time consuming project. There are too many cars everywhere, and if anything is out of the ordinary it slows everyone down. This was taken on San Felipe, which is a very busy street in Houston...so you can imagine!

Enjoy your Monday!

*Come back tomorrow to see "The Cello Man!"*

Were they changing out the lights, or putting in one of those new cameras to catch the light runners? it sure looks like there is a camera or some funny looking object up there on the pole. Maybe they were doing both, hummmm...
