Gelato at Paciugo
I wasn't feeling well yesterday, and the only thing that sounded good for lunch was gelato. So, I ran in and got some at this great, new place called Paciugo.
I got a small order with 3 flavors including: Coconut, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Italian Wedding Cake. They also have great coffee!

Do you know that Paciugo gelato is just like any other gelato? It contains more fat than disclosed by their employee or website. It's not really 70% less fat like they described. It's also not true that their gelato is made only with whole milk, water, sugar and fruit only. There are food coloring, stabilizer, emulsifier etc. Paciugo is all about deception.
yeah, banana is light brown, pistachio is pale green, lemon is white, you are right, it looks like they use lots of colorants.
I don't know what's wrong with you? Did you ever taste it?
